I usually listen to more of the slow, epic sort of post- rock like Isis, Pelican, Exposions in the Sky etc...saw this mentioned a SRKCs site with a clip and bought it. Good training music. Almost jazzish time changes/skill, but HEAVY with growling but not really screaming "vocals". You can't understand the lyrics anyway, even on headphones, it's just training juice. Bought the one before this one today - Catch 33.

I like Catch 33 a lot. Makes me want to break stuff.
