I just watched Steve Cotters Mastering the pistol and give it the Thumbs up. He did a real good job on this product. He broke it down to Balance drills, flexibility, warm up and 3 levels of strength training for the pistol. Everything is laid out in a nice easy to follow progression.
Good Job Steve.

• In the level 1 workout from this DVD, what weight are those KBs he's squatting with? They look like green competition-style bells, if that helps.
• What kind of band is that he's using for the assisted Pistol?
• Are those "boxes" he's using, the high one in level 1 and the low one in level 2, are those standard heights? Looks like the low one could be approximated by a milk crate.
Squatting with a barbell never did much for my sport performance.
