I sweat about 100 times more than the average person, and when I rode my bike water would just be pouring down onto my sunglasses, resulting in my riding through a rainstorm even on clear blue days.

So here's how I fixed it.

1. I took my high end helmet and removed the liner/sponge.
2. I picked up one of these Halo headbands from the bike shop. It redirects the sweat away from the brow. Was almost good enough alone with my previous sunglasses, but not quite. http://store.haloheadband.com/Default.asp?Redirected=Y
3. I bought a pair of Oakley Flakjackets. The cool thing is I used the military discount, in which I paid $55.00 for what would have cost $140.00. Just rode on the sweatiest day of the year so far, a day to make Cool Hand Luke proud. Nary a drop of water on the lens, but sweat-soaked everywhere else. Rock and roll.

Oh yeah. That just delays the downpour until it is soaked. Key is to not soak up the sweat. Get it to flow off away from the eyeballs.

I should look into that. I've found that since I started shaving my head that hair is very helpful in directing sweat. With a shaved head sweat just follows gravity and your only defense is your eyebrows.

Had a chance to use some when I used to bike a lot. Awesome. Thought it would be bullshit gimmicktry, but worked like a charm.

I purchased a Halo headband and it works as described. Cheap and effective for keeping sweat off the glasses or out of your eyes - especially if you're bald.

I use it for YRG and kookballs.

Only negative I've found is that when I rinsed it out in the shower, black dye was dripping all over the place. Be careful if you put it in the washer or your summer pastels could be ruined.

I like to ride with my eyes closed.

Never thought about it for YRG and KBs. I swear I sweat HCl at times. Wudda thought the whole bending over thing would defeat their purpose. So no problems with bent positions or LCing?

I'm not a profuse sweater but zero problems with YRG and snatching IME.

I still use a towel to mop up head sweat from time to time. So far it's kept 100% of the sweat off of my glasses.
