This is done with Pulling, Pushing, Run/Skip, and Squat/Jump. He incorporates core work with the Jungle Gym, and Power Wheel. Many drills with crawling, climbing, brachiation ( climbing pipes around the room), and Brazilian Jiujitsu. Dylan took the course.
