Yes, that's it. He cover's it in his videos. Alignment (Eischens yoga with corrections in structure), Stability (holding that posture during BW and other drills, Strength ( ability to use resistance,, obviously ), and Power,, (adding speed and explosiveness). This is done with Pulling, Pushing, Run/Skip, and Squat/Jump. He incorporates core work with the Jungle Gym, and Power Wheel. Many drills with crawling, climbing, brachiation ( climbing pipes around the room), and Brazilian Jiujitsu. Dylan took the course. If you do this and understand how the body works ala MonkeyBar, you won't need Gray Cook or RKC's telling you a punch can be arranged.
There are plenty of workouts over there and they are @fit nutso drills.

If Athletic Bodies is the condensed version, what's the full version? The CK-FMS DVDs?

I'm a little confused by your description of the discs. Did Cook cover all the movements in the FMS or is this still incomplete?
There are 7 movements in the full (advanced) FMS. I have the Advanced FMS & Exercise Progression DVD set. They sell it at Perform Better. I might consider getting rid of mine. If you go to Gray's website, you can see all 7 screens. Go to the menu at the bottom to view them.

It was a LOTof material. I learned a lot and I enjoyed it

However I did not/have not taken the official test.

WHat I have found is that I can tell most of what the screen shows, if not all, just by watching someone walk, squat, do an inline lunge and a 1 legged dl.

I didnt know I was one the DVD.I havent seen them.
Yes, Dave. Your scene with Megan Fox,, all that butter and the restraints,,, was VERY good.
