I have to stand up for Lynne here. She is not the issue here. She has been open and honest with me since my "non banning." I don't mind us taking shots, but LP is okay in my book. Unless she totally snowed me, she is NOT the issue.

I still have no idea why the "powers that be" banned me in the first place, but a good and kind person has enabled everyone to search my posts at the "place that shall not be named."

Don't let any more @Fitters in unless they have proven some worth/ability to post. We can't afford another Shave Astroglide "I know stuff but can't tell you what, in the meantime please read some of the worst posting you can imagine" type incident.

Ah, long time no post...it is wonderful how things have slowly smoldered since I last posted here (oh about 320 pages ago on this thread). And now the shit has hit the fan and the CF MODs are finally showing us what they do behind closed doors with their link redirects.

It has to be somebody with server access in any case. I'm not sure if the vBulletin admin panel can be rigged to access to .htaccess or httpd.conf, but it might.

Unless there's another way to redirect requests by HTTP_REFERER that I'm glossing over.

Who else admins there?

I don't agree with making fun of ordinary CrossFit folks. Most crossfitters are just regular people trying to better themselves as best as they know how. Not everyone is a walking encyclopedia of fitness knowledge (as I am). Posting pictures of fatties squatting PVC gets chuckles, but it's really not right to make fun of people like that. It's also no way to win supporters. The crusade against CrossFit should remain pure and focus on those who willingly dupe and exploit people, not the ordinary folks who are just trying to better themselves a bit so they don't cry every time they look in the mirror.

Anyway, if you don't click on @F links enough to justify changing your Firefox settings, another way to fix it is to just right click on the @F link, "copy link", then right click on any tab you have open (you DO use tabbed browsing, don't you?) to open a new tab, then just paste the link you copied in the new tab.

I only follow @F links if the IGX post promises that it's full of lulz, so this works for me.

Not so much an injury but... bump in my hand....

Not sure what this is.....Just wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar?

Almost feels like bone or cartilage or something but the influx of CF Pullups has left me with some weird bump in my hand about 1/2 inch under my normal calluses and torn hands.

Not sure if you can tell from the photo but I wondered if anyone else has experienced this?

It's a tad painful if I squeeze it or push on it... it's also very hard ..Almost cyst like or something.. But definitely brought on from pull-ups. and more pull-ups.

This thread is hilarious and so spot on. Only thing better is to have attended two level1 Certs and see the Kool Aid drinkers in action. Only high point of my short CF affair was attending a Rip and Coach B workshop, now those guys are solid and can rock the Iron.

Looks like Dupuytren's to me. Add that to the long list of injuries from kipping pull-ups!
