And, really, look at that happy, shitfaced mug. I want to go out drinking and smoking with couch. I would get so fucked up I would have a hard time walking. It would be a great moment. After that, couch would had me the reins of XFHQ and we'd get the fucking party back on track.

Switching subjects...it wasn't that long ago that Couch compared T-Nation to Hamas b/c like Hamas builds hospitals, T-Nation pays good people (Dan John) to write articles occasionally. Wonder how he feels about At Large Nutrition and the other supplement company's he's now whoring out to the Cultfit community?

To this you append, depending on how you feel, 2-4 light metcons, done at about 80%, and Grease the Groove throughout the day, for aerobics. For example, you might do an easy 1,000 meter row every two hours throughout the week; or an easy 800 meter run. This will build stamina--which you need--and will also likely have positive neurological effects.

I've heard stories about Cooper and Couch's extensive drinking weekends. The difference was at night couch would have his choice of @fit lady to keep him warm and Cooper would go home alone and post drunken rants on rest day pages.
