Further, many fuckers keep asking "What's going on with the RRG?" and nobody has any fresh news.

Is the wikiwar still in stalemate? Nobody's updated us.

Thing is, like many unpleasant things in life, the garden variety dumbassery of @fitters is something we've all gotten inured to. It just doesn't fire us up the way it used to. Grandpa Gorilla used to say "a man can get used to anything except hanging."

In my limited defense, I was posting some older classics to get shit moving. I have limited access to any good info. VaBeach went nowhere! Coach bough those assholes a gym, fucking over everyone in the process and no one cares. RRG money is gone and no one is insured and no one cares. Idiots who are just plain fucking weak are adding bands to deadlifts, when they still need to add iron and no one gives a shit. The one thing in looking at old coach posts is that he will directly contradict what is going on now, but again no one cares. "Quality rises to the top" but he inserts himself in affiliate vs. affiliate business when his "boy" is losing. Fuck couch, fuck astro and boney..fuck @fit

Not only that, we don't go heavy often enough (maybe only 3 times per week) for the body to change into a bulky, fat monster without some type of artificial enhancement via steroid use. The other way to get big and bulky is by lifting heavy and then topping off that heavy lifting by eating like crap and lounging around in front of the TV, or spending too much time posting on various message boards, or Facebooking hours on end instead of training hard with metcon workouts in conjunction with the heavy days.
