Yeah, #1 gets my vote as well. Nice boobies. Wouldn't touch the other four with a barge pole.

You have no chance to survive make your time.

Could we make a rule you can only rate the women posted, if you have had sex with the female gender of any species?

Re: The couch thread
That would certainly cut down on posts from the numb-nuts @Fit apostates.

This bears repeating:
Even better, the Andro Friday blog got a huge surge in traffic this morning even before I had roused from my slumber to post today's installments PLUS the bonus material. Check it out through the link in my sig if you haven't already.

Alright, WGM. I know it's tough to post fresh pics of Andro broads every day but if you want to make money off of it, you have to work for it. I'm sick of seeing all my old posts recycled over and over on your blog.
Go find some new material!

I just watched the new vid from Grayskull and laughed when I saw the trainees squatting higher than they do at a fully geared up IPA meet or is it the SPF now?

Re: The couch thread
Coincidentally, I happened to spot an @fitter doing Cindy (is that the one with the 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats on the minute?) at the cross-pull station (except he was doing 3, 6, 9). He had 3 25# plates and a upended dumbbell he used for squat depth. Barely got to parallel. Kinda funny.Shafpocalypse Now wrote:I just watched the new vid from Grayskull and laughed when I saw the trainees squatting higher than they do at a fully geared up IPA meet or is it the SPF now?

This photograph oozes Canadian Mist and irresponsibility. Like.

Patty you have taken this to a new level.

Re: The couch thread
Blame it on the a-a-a-a-alco-hol...total hearsay from a little birdie.
I hear actually exercising is an incredible anti-depressant. As is actually leaving the fucking house and getting some sun.So apparently Glassman and Lauren are now living in separate houses on the same street. Lauren weighs about 98 lbs. Glassman is living with his nephew and was sharing Lisa Lugo with him. The Glassman pad is a total shithole with hardly any furniture and covered in alcohol containers and fast food trash. He has computers all over the place that are continuously open to IGx, Robb's, Everett's,Rut's, etc. websites.
Completely losing his mind.
Re: The couch thread
The important thing is that alcohol makes Couch affable. Nothing is more important than affability.

Re: The couch thread
25% of these morons can't pass a 50 question multiple choice test. I wonder what the retest policy is?Just in case you haven’t heard yet, there is now a test to get a level one certification. It’s 50 multiple choice questions, but isn’t a walk in the park. I’ve worked 2 certs with the test and both have had about a 75% pass rating. All current level one trainers need to take the test to keep their certification up to date. You can sign up on crossfit.com for the “test only” and show on day two of the cert at 3:30p to take the test.
