You wont see Nicole in any new videos soon, a little birdie told me. An epic diva, most of those videos required multiple takes and lots of coaxing. Now that there are so many new young guns on the scene, she has hung up the six shooter.WildGorillaMan wrote:I think Nicole gets sighted in public more rarely than Couch these days.

I've spoken to her on the phone. She's a very sweet girl and didn't set off my bitch radar. Didn't seem like a diva at all. Shy is more like it, I think.lasalle wrote:You wont see Nicole in any new videos soon, a little birdie told me. An epic diva, most of those videos required multiple takes and lots of coaxing. I'm sure she's very nice. She's probably also a little freaked out by her fanclub.

Jesus christ on a moped. Look, mom, she's perfectly nice. I've met her multiple times, and she is a sweetheart. But when the camera goes on, shit gets a little tense is what I'm saying.syaigh wrote: I've spoken to her on the phone. She's a very sweet girl and didn't set off my bitch radar. He really should have a shirt on. Not a magazine cover shirtless kind of chest there. I don't think he'd make WGM's gay edition.

Or you can make people think you're running the 135 mile Badwater Ultramarathon in Death Valley, but actually do some made-up shit solo run in a similar location that is only 30% of Badwater's distance and do it fully supported with a crew but running it without any competition but promote your ass about doing it.Ed Zachary wrote:B Mac n Cheez fails to mention that he'll improve you to the point that you don't have to even run the race. DNF is the new 1st in the @fit Endurance world.
What a bunch of shit.
I'm sure he'll put that on his resume being the 1st place in a solo run.
All goes back to WGM's comment about "Moving the goal posts."
Maybe I should go to the Northeast, run around Wellesley College and say I ran the Boston Marathon.

You will be taxed, you will be sore, but also true to CrossFit form, you will reduce the chance for overuse injuries and burnout, and you will see measurable results fast.

Don't tell the author that @F is also good at promoting complete bullshit across modal domains.
Seriously, if @F wads alone makes one EEEELEEET, then wouldn't @FE folks be SOOOOOPER EEEELEEEET? Ha ha ha.

My guess is that if serious money ever gets into the games (say 100k for the winner), then the person winning it will be training 3-5 hours a day. Probably be an impressive athlete too; instead of being mediocre across broad time and modal domains, he'll be "pretty good".

It's there now. The profile for the actual contenders is solid across the board. They are strong, fast, exercise addicts, many of whom get help from "exogenous hormonal supplementation".Count Truculent wrote:My guess is that if serious money ever gets into the games (say 100k for the winner), then the person winning it will be training 3-5 hours a day. They won't get there by doing the mainsite WODs though.
