I had a nice talk with Mark Twight today about how he helped one of the top Xfitters participate in the event. I guess there was even a "Mark Twight" shout out on the games.

I'm glad to see Mark get his due. Before he came along, there wasn't a lot of focus in the program. He really stepped up and clarified things. His understanding of endurance and eating for endurance is a toolbox I like to steal from...

It makes me a bit sad to see Freddy C. spewing the company propaganda at @fitOneWorld. I guess he's more interested in protecting his affiliate license than have some fuckkng integrity.

What use to have the title of "Wild Gorilla Man!" along with a link to our resident primate not only went into the Pukie Bucket soon after, but a few days later was re-titled to "Worthless Goofy Dope!"

Although I would say the change to the subject title couldn't be more wrong since more affiliates now purposely post up pics and then rush to the new blog. I don't think worthless, I think lucrative.

I'm not sure why anyone would want to "officially" hold the world record when in fact there are a bunch of people who can do and have done better. Can't you just be satisfied with having a big box jump?

That's it. I'm submitting my video for the "piss-for-height" WR. I might even get "piss-for-distance" out of the same stream if I'm lucky. It doesn't matter that others do it better; it only matters that you were the first (or only) to send it in.

Please stop saying the word "fuck" in your videos. I like to use your videos for instruction to my clients. My clients are kids under the age of nine and I cannot use your videos if there is profanity being used. I am sure there is a better way for you to put emotion into your speech.
