Jamie is a Hero of the New World. I would have been shocked to know that he had said any such thing, even in jest.

The only thing I love more than Fridays is the groundswell of support, and fans who keep sending me pics.

Thanks. I feel the pressure sometimes. But the fans make it all worthwhile. It helps to have so many Andro Broads sending me pics of themselves and their friends. One affiliate owner even told me that her girls knock themselves out harder when the camera comes out during the WOD.

I bet those affiliates have a picture of the Buddy Gorilla Jesus on the walls somewhere for Andro Babe inspiration when the camera is taken out.

Skibicki is a self-absorbed, self-centered pre-modonna w/a penchant for exhaggeration & self-absorption. The sooner the New Order cleanses his self important ass, the better. We only crave the hardest, baddest muthafuckas available, no thespian hipster douches aloud. Evar. The end-times r cumming.

lulz this reminded me of the XXM sizing like thousands of posts ago, those were good times.Pain and suffering, though, have become something of a calling card among dedicated CrossFitters. “It can kill you,” program founder Greg Glassman told the New York Times in 2005. “I’ve always been completely honest about that.” The program’s own mascots include “Pukey” the clown and “Dr. Rhabdo,” whose kidneys are spilling out of his abdomen (T-shirts $32.00, S-XXXL).
