Not a bad read. Interesting how he came to find low carb stuff with his son and wifes diabetes and all the food and insulin tracking he did. DeVaney actually makes his case for low carb and not in his goofy blog type way.
Probably the easiest reading book out there though. I finished it in @ 2 hours, unlike Taubes' book which required stimulants.

edit: one thing. I have family members who are diabetic. This is a book I will give them to read. And it doesnt hurt the advice is coming from someone their own age.
