I'm dying over here.Firstly, if there is competition then it's not exercise, something like a sport, I think you have to something one will shine itself, please be strong in doing T / A, you want to be running fast, etc., and here and symbiosis and light and heavy, and yet there is something, in short all at once, but in the end nothing, and little by little, I do not understand what had offended T / A, athletics, etc. that such a symbiosis of them do? Okay I understand people want to run fast, there is a training process includes Ex. with the weights or something, I also included the athletic panel. but things are not to run fast, but in order to raise, and here what he was doing what? and then if something is done it someone has to, nobody noticed as soon as the USSR began to outperform the U.S. in T / A came paurlifting, were winning in the L / R, Strong has appeared, they also, by analogy. shorter than all want to be champions, that's breed these species, and that now each creating its own form?

They've figured out the politics of "paurlifting" pretty quick.and then if something is done it someone has to, nobody noticed as soon as the USSR began to outperform the U.S. in T / A came paurlifting, were winning in the L / R, Strong has appeared, they also, by analogy. shorter than all want to be champions, that's breed these species, and that now each creating its own form?

"On Jan. 20, however, Shane DiBona talked about a staggering workout on Facebook: "I had to squat 240 pounds 100 times and it was timed. I can't walk and I fell down the stairs ... lifes (sic) great."
I haven't read the word @fit associated with this stupidity, but the stopwatch makes me wonder where the S&C guy who's now employed got his inspiration.

Not quite sure what he's trying to say there, but it is interesting.didn't know where to post this, but thought here was a good place. sounds like 12 people got rhabdo by being pig headed in the weight room. Sounds utterly insane that a trainer could let this happen as practicing crossfitter, but I can't say i'm surprised.

Just wanted to make sure to archive where the Iowa S&C couch may have found inspiration...

Ya think??Chris Doyle, Iowa's strength and conditioning coach, could not be reached for comment.
Because the hallmark of a "good workout" is its ability to redline you and put you out of commission for days if not weeks or more.
fucking idiots
Like Dan John said (paraphrased), "it's not hard to make someone run around, get tired, and throw up."
