I should add a word about the big boy dumbell bars from Ironmind:real nice,holds a ton of weight,but if you live in Sweden like I do maybe 1 in 10 ordinary exercise plate will fit!
You`ll toughen up.Unless you have a serious medical condition commonly refered to as
"being a pussy".
