Pretty cool, especially if you live in a large metropolitan area. Also free.
Open the ap. It geo-locates you. Then it lists nearby restaurants, or ones in a certain neighborhood, etc. Or pick a restaurant. If they have an open table (for however many in your party) the times open up. Choose a table and time. Bang, you're confirmed for dinner.
Not good for rural fly-over places like Montana however. Great for traveling though. You don't have to look up the restaurant number and call them one by one. Just find who has an open table in your vicinity right now and confirm it.

I'm getting the Android guys at the local hackerspace to help me develop a similar app. It'll geo-locate you and find all the nearby log cabins.
Then it will tell you which ones are on fire.

We used that in San Fran / Wine country a couple years ago. Easy, breezy, and worked perfectly everytime.
