I wouldn't either. Saw her in RL.

As for Andrew, the man IS dedicated to his mission, whatever the end game is.

That was a good read!
So CrossFitters, wake up. If you’ve been CrossFitting for more than 6 months, it’s time to move on. You’ve had your warm up, now move into the world of elite competition. Don’t be fooled into thinking that CrossFit will take you anywhere except under the knife when you destroy your shoulders from performing 20 clean-and-jerks with poor form—Olympic lifts are designed to be performed for one repetition after a solid set up at the bar. The CrossFit establishment is not operating in your best interest as an athlete, hell, they don’t even think of you as an athlete, just a graduated couch potato with some vague and meaningless asset called elite fitness. If you were a real athlete, they’d make fun of you and say how unfit you are as they do jumping pull-ups for 30 grueling reps (I guess kipplings got too hard and heaven forbid you see a CrossFitter ever perform a hanging pull-up).

Oh yeah. I almost forgot to tell you the original meaning of WOD: Without Obvious Direction. Goooooo CrossFit!

Wait. Is Andrew the Russo/African super athlete that had the training log on the @fit boards that differed greatly from his claims?

Really? Fair enough. Mousey and Eva T together would be something. Just getting out the hotel bedroom alive the next day would qualify you as an eleet status athlete.

A personal message from Andrew Wilson at CA ;
Hey guys I wanted to send a direct message to the couch thread and igx guys, while I still have a chance before I get 100% distracted with something else, being that I know about 7 of you guys post on this thread anyways. You guys are good people, I appreciate the hell out of your personalities and no bullshit. I'm pretty sure everyone else that posts and reads on this thread will say the same thing. My crossfit anger tank ran out about two weeks ago, this thread being a healthy release of those 2 years of anger and frustration of feeling like I had just been con-ed and having to pull myself out of a hole. Those guys that post on that thread are the checks and balances, and I can't think of anyone that has openly said that. Imagine if igx didn't exist, and what crossfit would continue to get away with; crossfit would likely be 5 times more obnoxious and dangerous and we'd all have to continue to put up with it, especially when you're trying to watch the Arnold on ustream. But instead, crossfit is constantly looking over their back, checking themselves, and over their material to not feed another igx dagger; that's something I've noticed over they last 600 pages of that thread, I'm not sure if anyone else has noticed that. That checks and balances and no bullshit is needed, and much thanks for the years of entertainment.
Don't give up, Andrew !

If there's anything Andrew needs to learn from the couch thread, its that crossfit doesn't really matter.

And FQ, don't tell me you wouldn't lick that tootsie roll. I know I would.

Possibly, but I have never seen a Navy woman like that.
