Didn't need to, since both sides of family have been in the United States before there was a Mexican State and therefore was never a Mexican citzen.

However, all weapons conficated from criminals by federal LEO authorities will be sold or traded to the public. If the Federal Gvt owes you money you can request payment in the form of confiscated weapons. At cut rate price of course.

As for the AK, as an AK47 owner and builder, I will launch an education program that will teach everyday gun enthusists like yourself how to manufacture your own AK. Kind of like the teach a man to fish, but with kick ass guns.
