I will appoint Judges that strictly interpret the constitution. Veto any asshat legislation that tries to legislate morality, school prayer etc. Because I'm ending personal and corporate income taxes, religious institution will be free to speak their minds. Free speech for everyone.

Refuse to bail them out after they have sucked a business dry and or destroyed their pension plans. Reign in the labor relations board. State issue. However, the City of DC will be taken into receivership and administered by a board appointed by the president and approved by the Senate. If given a bill that approves a voucher system for Washington DC schools, I will sign it.

Abolish the Department of Education
Break the back of the NEA & Decertify Public unions
National service as previously described
Cut way back and eventually abolish entitlements
Abolish business taxes
Leave the education of children to the states and local gvt

First abolish the personal/corporate income tax and capital gains tax. Replace with national sales tax.
Stop bailing out everyone and let the economy have the shake out it needs to have.
Sell off all interest in any businesses the USA owns a part of.
End all business, education, and agriculture subsidies.
Also, If you're receiving unemployment beyond a certain point, say 3 months, you have to show up and work for uncle sugar at least part time.
Re-establish a definite end date to unemployment benefits.
