Just finished this, very nice. Dispenses of a lot of the bullshit out there, particularly in the media. I especially liked the chapter- ''The nonsense du jour'', in which he rips apart different media personalities and their claims about the health benefits of various foods. If you're a doctor or work in the health industry in some aspect, I doubt you'll get much out of it provided you already have a cynical outlook on things, but I liked it a lot. One of my favorite things about it is that the style it's written in along with various chapters teach you how to look at things in the correct cynical manner and the right questions to ask, etc..
I got the book a few months ago; it certainly helps clear the mind from the lingering effects mental fog caused by all the "mainstream "health" reporting, scares, fads, "alternative medicine" and "wellness" crap that bombards the average reader.
