Machete

Post by Sandman »

Words cannot describe the 90 or so minutes of cheesy violent bliss that was Machete. As long as you don't take things too seriously this movie is a damn good time. :supz:

This movie should absolutely be taken seriously as a brilliant cinematic achievement for Robert Rodriguez. It is so technically amazing that I am thinking it absolutely goes over the head of 90% of the audience.

Fucking amazing movie.

bump

Finally watched this when it crept its way up my netflix queue. It was everything I thought it was going to be after watching the first 30 seconds. Amazing. Chuck Norris wears Danny Trejo underwear.

PS. Jessia Alba, please SOMF.

Same here. Cool trailer that should have stayed a trailer.
One of the downsides of the Internet is that it allows like-minded people to form communities, and sometimes those communities are stupid.

I watched it...did not like it. A cool concept, but it hit wide of the mark. The longer it went, the dumber it got.
