I've had some issues with blisters forming where my toes rub together when I run. I've tried all sorts of band aid fixes, including running with actual bandaids wrapped around the offending digits, but it was a hassle taping up, wrapping, or bandaid-ing my toes before a run.
Picked up a pair of these sock as they're supposed to remove the friction between your toes when you run. Wore them today in a 10k trail race in some pretty tight fitting cross country spikes and had no issues at all. Didn't even really take any getting used to the feeling of the toe socks.
Worth the money if you have blister issues.

I don't have a lot of experience with vampires, but I have hunted werewolves. I shot one once, but by the time I got to it, it had turned back into my neighbor's dog.

I went with the smartwool toe socks. I like them. Not sure what the difference is exactly, although the salesman said they were better with moisture. Only difference I know for sure is that they are about $3 more per pair.

My "go to" running socks are a lot like my everyday socks.
