Tiny little polymer 9mm that comes from a relatively new company that has previous employees from glock and keltec. supposedly some nasa guy too, but so far my gun hasn't melted so maybe not
Online reviews looked spotty, so I ran 150 rounds of 9mm through it-100fmj and 50 hp in a day.
I had 3 FTE's which were caused by me limp wristing. They were only with fmj and I wonder if it may also have been that I was using winchester white box. I had zero failures with 50 hornady critical defense 115 grains. I've subequently put an additional 50 hornady's and 50 fmjs through the gun with zero failures of any kind.
the gun weighs 11 oz empty and is 0.8 inches in thickness. I'm happy with it as a primary carry these days when I'm too lazy for my M&P.

Uhh, you know you're a doctor and are supposed to help and save people right?

I'm just surprised hospital rules don't get in the way of Doc carrying. I thought they'd be almost as bad as universities.

I don't carry in the hospital
Re: diamondback db9
Try working at a university hospital. We had a guy double tapped, found in the physician parking lot, and they were still talking about CCW as a firing offense.

Got it. It sounds like you do what I'll likely start doing soon: carry on the one or two days a week when you're not spending all day at work.SAR wrote:I don't carry in the hospital
