I've posted this elsewhere in pieces but here's a formal review.
Fit well (i have moderately wide feet), plenty of room for my toes. Easy to walk in for distance, even on pavement (I've done a 15 miler with no real weight and had no issue). No issues with my moderate plantar fasciatis yet. No issues lifting in them. Relatively waterproof (more so than regular athletic shoes). I've been out in the rain and walked through puddles I couldn't avoid without my feet getting wet. Not too hot in hot weather. They get a strong vibram stink if you go barefoot-- light socks take care of this issue. No blisters or hot spots when worn barefoot though. (Note-- I don't run in them). I've worn them as a casual and workout shoe for about three months now. No real wear yet. The rubber over the toe area gives a little extra protection and helps with the waterproofing.
To piggyback off Shaf's review-- no constriction around toes, also more comfortable than the VFFs. Seem more comfortable for distance than the VFF's too.
I like them enough that I will get a pair of the Tough Gloves for business casual wear.
