The dumbing down(!), easifying, and general repackaging of @fit continues unabated, and Reeb@k's not the only one responsible. I've even heard of @fit boxes teaching bodypump and Zumba! classes to make ends meet.

@fit really is everything, and everything is @fit.

There are at least 6 Crossfit gyms within a mile of where I live. They are putting non Crossfit gyms out of business. Even the local Gold's has closed. In many cases a Crossfit gym opens where the conventional gym closed.

So much for @Fers showing each other respect and all that crap that used to be claimed.

A local training chain that had one of their gyms affiliated with @F experienced a takeover when all the trainers at one studio threatened to quit simultaneously unless the owners sold them the business and associated studio.

They re-opened as a new @F affiliate.
