Picked a pair up on Steepandcheap.com
Overall a better fit for my foot than the NB Minimus Trail (wider toe box, wider shoe), more conventional looking than VFFs. No constriction across the top of my foot, like the MTs.
I would probably go with the MTs for more aggressive conditioning work (sprinting, tire flips, prowler), but VBEs feel great squatting and pulling.
Overall, they're more comfortable wearing all day than the VFFs.

I bought a pair of the Aqua model in 2009, back then they made city looking shoes. I am happy with them but mostly wear them around the house. I'll look into that more sporty model, thanks!
