What a gay post. And how long are going to keep those annoying fucking sig gifs?Captain Quack wrote:We all got problems. I have no issue with fake tits, only with when the person with them claims they are real and they are not. A clothed reminder:Pinky wrote:It's important to know what your talents are in life. And anyone (Quack) who looks at those and adamantly rattles on about them being fake has problems.
There's been enough gristle on these pages to know what @F training does to women, particularly as they get lean. I don't think it's right to mislead other women to think that these "results" can be achieved without the knife.

When fit people and stupid programming get together injury is guaranteed. Thats the price you pay for fitness faggotry....
I get a certain sick satisfaction in seeing the @fitters get injured, start over, and repeat ad naseum at my gym.

When you put real 45s or 55s on bar instead of simulated big plates that weigh 22lbs, things get interesting fast for the eleet.

Hahaha, that's a Brick Crossfit t-shirt! Post announcing their opening here, attracted a lot of bitching and holier-than-thou "You're not CF" accusations . . . More proof that what Crossfitters think is Crossfit is far from what CF cares to maintain.Cave Canem wrote:I wonder if Bob has his Level 1 and is qualified to teach this........

Re: The couch thread
Most of us who were told about this either had a good laugh or felt sorry for the Guru and his flock of sheep. pick it apart as it looks like a generic slap to the face of the eleet:
"Are you guys afraid of lifting heavy weights? Lots of chippers, bodyweight workouts and 20 minute+ workouts in here. I've read back 5 pages or so and every time a pure strength workout comes up, you seem disappointed with your "measly" (your words, not mine) performances. You clearly aren't strong enough, and you aren't going to improve in that area unless you change your programming.
Look, if one of my loved ones was trapped in a burning building, I'm not hoping for the guy who can lift a light weight for half an hour but cant thruster 200 lbs to come to her rescue; I don't care how many rounds of Cindy he can get, or what his FGB score is. I want the monster who can sprint, Deadlift the 500 lb beam off her, and carry her out to safety. Your programming is not reflecting this.
If you were Joe Blow, I'd say fine- do your own thing. But lives are in your hands, so I'm simply trying to shoot you straight. Not being mean. Honest. Everyone appreciates the work you do. Now do it better.
Put in the time. Get stronger. Select sprints over those those grueling 20 minute WODs. And don't worry- I promise your metcons will improve, even without doing them so damn much. Not trying to make this a polemic, but you do need to make some changes.
There is no substitute for strength, and no excuse for the lack of it. -Rippetoe"

Wish I'd thought of that. These people have more disposable income than they know what to do with. What better way to separate them from it than come up with a line toys for their overindulged bratlings right before the holidays ?ImUndaYourBed wrote:
