Yeah, I think it's going to be interesting. The show more or less has to end with Nucky's fall, since he ended up in prison in real life.Shapecharge wrote:I read an interview in Entertainment Weekly (I think) with Terence Winter about the finale and season 3...very interesting. After I read it the finale made sense. When you think about it, what other course of action could there be? Jimmy had so much weight on him dying was the only possible relief. Looks like we haven't seen the last of our favorite, tightly-wound Revenue agent. Al's character will get more air time and I believe they're going to introduce Bugsy Siegel. The sniper is still involved. Don't know what's up with our IRA pussy gettin' garotte killer.
Jimmy had to die. It was too much to deal with.
The sniper... I first thought he'd be featured in a revenge angle of some sort, but I'm not sure, since he's so stigmatized by his injuries with the people he interacts with.
I'm interested to see what Jimmy's incest happy mother is going to do.
Def. looking forward to more gangsters like Bugsy showing up. Also interested to see how Lucky and Meyer Lansky begin to move forward. Lansky was thought to be one of the richest men in America at one time, wasn't he? It only makes sense that they're likely to make a huge jump in how they're featured.
Pumped.
