Swear to gawd that some of the best wings I ever had were some of the simplest. Just a mixture of Old Bay and Lowry's on some wings, then grilled. Finished off with a squeeze of lemon. Perfection.
I don't have a lot of experience with vampires, but I have hunted werewolves. I shot one once, but by the time I got to it, it had turned back into my neighbor's dog.
The Patriarch of some family friends of ours made these shrimp every Christmas Eve that were pretty much just old bay and were easily the best I've had.
Everyone should have a container in their pantry.

I use Old Bay on my wings and a few other things like seafood. Great stuff. I do like Al and cover my wings with the OB and Lowry's then bake them until they're crispy. I'll have to try Sazon Goya.
I get the crispy part, but what temp and ball park a length of time. We coat our wings with self rising floor and the wife fries them. Big messy pain the ass. Tastes good but your versions sounds clean and easy.
Thanks
Slow and low is the key to good grilled wings IMO. I put mine on the grill for about an hour/90 min. on low heat (275 or so). You can tell drums are done when the skin at the bottom pulls away from the bone. Oh yeah, turn them every fifteen minutes or so.
