Any reasonable person attacks that guy until he's completely incapacitated or dead. Homeless people, OTOH, are mostly harmless and you don't need to be afraid.

My Ol Lady's friends were in the habit of just walking in the house but after I moved in I nicely laid down the law on that shit. Well she had one friend, also one of mine even though he's a bit dense who just kept doing that shit.

While that is true. And when even we at Shooter's would use the sale line with a perspective shotgun buyer "If they are coming up the stairs and hear this." You rack it " They are going to be leaving." but amongst ourselves we also held a veiw that you also just gave away your position when you can't see the enemy or at least are not drawn a bead on his throat. If he's there to kill you and he has skill, you might have just fucked up. Most of us kept our shotguns chambered. It's also why I keep my main weapon chambered. You are not going to hear shit unless I want you to.

Thing is when you open carry, you have to be in a hightend state of awareness and not get casual like a cop when out and about or around people you don't know. Someone who will just shoot you when your carrying to rob you is at least half as likly to shoot you first period.

The only thing I worry about when open carrying is a stupid, ill informed cop. Because he might get all heated and pull his gun and confront you. Now you got a dipshit with dipshit training pointing a gun at you. Fucker migh make you have to kill him and then Oh fucking Boy! The whole force is going to be out to kill you on site.

There was a situation that got very tense involving an open carry association and the Manassas City Police. They were in a resturant and someone, not the owner or staff called the cops and said there was a group of men with with guns. So the Pigs come down, walk in and start giving these guys a hard time . Telling them they can't do this and openly insulting them even after one of the group quoted the law on open carry in Va. From accounts it came real close to weapons coming out when the group left the resturant. (I bet it would have been more dead pigs than the group) Now the good part is the cops were openly talking shit about them and saying they wished one of the group pulled so the could have waisted them. (Keep dreaming , they are a bunch of cunts who have to carry NYPD triggered Glocks, and I know them as I used to delivery Pizza's to their station.)

Well they were recorded via police scanner and heads fucking rolled. Between this in a case where the cops in Fairfax dragged in a couple to the station for carrying, started a drive from Pig Brass all over the State to let their Minions know that in Va. a Citizen has the right to carry a sidearm, even a rifle as long as they are not waving it around.

I know who I was dealing with and I felt it would teach him without me having to physically fuck him up. He's got just enough balls for me to have break something or crush something, then you would deffinatly have a trial.

If he was stupid enough to advance at me then in Va. if he is in your home WITHOUT PERMISSION and does not stop all forward movement towards me with a pistol on him you can shoot him. Not going to say if I would or not.

My situation last year, from one point of veiw I was stupid but guess what? It had the desired result, that fucker no longer uses the street in front of the house as a raceway. I know this enviroment, I knew the kind I was dealing with and I know what works with that kind because I delt with them x's 20 in So Fla. growing up.

I am looking into getting an Akita soon. It's time for an alarm with fangs and 120-135# of bone, muscle, fur and protective nature to assit me or help fill the gap when I am not home. Plus they are cute and fuzzy.

At night place is locked down tight like Hoth Echo Base. I am very security minded in so many areas that I want to balance out with enjoying life and on a nice spring or summer day I like open doors and windows whenever I can get the Ol'Lady to turn off the AC or when she is not around.
