Pandora for your Android phone
I downloaded that shit b/c someone here recommended it. Its total crap. I went to their "metal" station and then skipped the first 6 songs b/c they blew donkey balls then it tells me I can't skip anymore songs so I'm stuck listening to whatever shitshow they put on for the next :58 minutes. I deleted it.
Thanks for nothing whoever recommended it.

Build your own Pandora station. Then it will only play stuff you like.

I don't have money to build my own radio station. I also have no experience in broadcasting. How would I convince investors to fund my start-up radio station when I have no experience in the industry, no money, no business plan, and no on-air skills?

This is what I've done in the Blackberry version. You have to give it a specific band, album or song. When I listen to Pandora vs music I own, it's most often on the "Left Lane Cruiser" station.dingleberry wrote:Build your own Pandora station. Then it will only play stuff you like.

Proto, be sure to create an account on a computer at www.pandora.com. When I used the android app, I noticed that I could not create new stations, which is basically the whole point of the service. Just make an account on the computer, make some stations by adding particular bands and songs that you like, and then those new stations will be available to you on the phone app.protobuilder wrote:I downloaded that shit b/c someone here recommended it. I've discovered a lot of new bands and artists through Pandora, for what it's worth.
You're right about the not-skipping-anymore-songs bit, that does blow many donkeys' balls. But if you make a station you enjoy, you won't find yourself skipping too often.

Maybe it would help if you guys provided a link that proto78 won't click.
