The story as I know it. Her and this fucker were high school sweethearts. He knocked her up and she got an abortion. Fast forward 30 years, 2 marriages, and 2 daughters and she runs off her husband of the time that is a great guy and moves this fucking douchebag in with her. He was a drunk, a druggie, and the Amazon thinks he was kicking her ass on a regular basis. She finally runs his ass off and he commences to breaking into her house, stealing her car, and stalking her but she kept talking to him and trying to help him. My mother in law told her back around Xmas that if she didn't stay away from him he was going to kill her and she didn't believe he was capable. Yesterday he calls her and I'm guessing he threatened to kill himself so she goes to his house to try and save him. The long story short he shoots her and himself.

Everyone in the family hated this motherfucker and could see he was a low life but she couldn't see it. It's cold but I'm going to go ahead and say it. I don't feel sorry for her. She made a series of bad decisions that got her killed and put her daughters through hell from the point she brought this motherfucker around and continuing now that they are both dead.

The Amazon is up and down. Seeing her young cousins(they are in their 20s) and her uncle suffer is hard on her but she also feels the same way I do about the bad decisions and is a little pissed at her aunt for putting herself and her daughters in this situation.

The Amazon told the boy last night, only told the girl that her aunt had passed away today, and the school called me to pick her up early since she was a wreck. So I took the opportunity to fill her in on the full story and explain to her the importance of being very selective of who you let into your life.

It's going to be a long week around here.
