In all seriousness, one of the classes I teach at the dojo is about 1/2 conditioning and 1/2 combinations. Whenever I ask if they have a preference of what they want to focus on, the women always say abs and core.

They admit to knowing they can't spot reduce, yet still want to work on their core more than other muscle groups.

I wonder, even if they don't hit the big O, whether ab work feels good to them, and that's why they always want to do it, or are they just crazy bitches.
