Body weight. Pushups and pullups on yes, the Perfect Pushup and Perfect Pullup rotating thingies which seem to really help my shoulders stay cool, and pistols. Lots of GTG in between endless conference calls when I'm home and hotel room friendly as well.

I'm thinking bodyweight is magic manna. I got a pair of paralletes, and my shoulders are so much happier.

Ladders of dips, pullups, and pistols plus some leg raises on the parallels can be a terrific workout in almost any public park or hotel.

Holy fucking overrated was Tao, IMHO. We dropped close to $2k there for about 8 of us and we were all still hungry and ended-up eating another dinner at The Venetian.

Who knew all it was going to take was a couple of "I love Bill" posts to get him to de-lurk. Note to everyone: do this every month so we can all get our fix. I've made love to the wife and the Wonderdog Vinnie five times each since seeing the picture. It's now my wallpaper on my iPhone, desktop computer, and iPad.
