I met Stephen via the internet and his blog around 2 years ago. I've sent him some videos,.. and cheered him on. His blog is http://www.whoatemyblog.com . This guy is an American Hero. Rather than blame genetics, bad luck or high fructose corn syrup,. he gets up every morning and puts one foot in front of the other. His blog is GREAT. Every victory, every failure. Starting at WELL over 600 pounds and losing 300 of it. He's still going strong. All I can say is listen to his tweets or check his blog or Facebook. Stephen makes NO excuses. He falls down,.. but he gets back up. He really is a hero.

As well as losing weight, he seems to have gotten significantly taller and has more disposable income to upgrade the art and electronics in his weird photo-room/office/storage closet
It's always good to see someone take responsibility for their situation and then correct it. None of this bullshit about needing surgery to do it. Just get off the couch and move and eat better.
Good on him.
I don't have a lot of experience with vampires, but I have hunted werewolves. I shot one once, but by the time I got to it, it had turned back into my neighbor's dog.
Can you edit for those of us not running 28" dual-widescreen displays? I'm either looking at a zoomed-in topographical satellite map of the Venezuelan Andes or some fat dude's moobs. You know you're damn big when people have to use the scroll bar just to get a look at'yuh.
