Genghis Blues is definitely worth watching.
A poor blind musician from Oakland (I think) listens to shortwave radio. Hears Mongolian throat singing. Teaches himself this very difficult art. Goes to Mongolia to compete in their annual throat singing contest and ... well, no spoilers here.
