Tony is a good guy. Former Ranger, excellent coach (ie, uses actual programming to train his folks), very humble, friendly guy in person. Has a good weightlifting team and CF team, ie, they are nice, hard-working people who consistently perform well. He has one of the few boxes I recommend for training and weightlifting.

Will take your word on it. BUT, when you compete in a drug tested event, and you take PEDs anyway, it is your fault. You can make the arguement that everybody else is taking them with some merit, but it is still reflects on your reputation. I have had my ass kicked by folks on the sauce(and great fun kicking their ass) but the meet was nontested and i knew what i was going into ahead of time. Most of the folks i lost to in the USAPL were "clean" or at least passed a test, and despite hating losing, i am OK when a better lifter lifts better than me, at least within a few days. What really pissed me off was losing to somebody who i suspected was on, and then I get tested and they don't.

The good part of this is @fit will devolve into "open" and "tested" divisions. Then the real fun will start. "Raw" @fit will emerge.

T200 pointed me out a hugely retarded thread on Scott Porter's desert strempf page about how crossfit and SM go together and how elite their athletes are....if this idea takes root I'm going to multi-ply powerlifting or bowling.
