It's almost as if people don't understand what a gym is for.

Which brings up the point of when do they kick out members for loosing too much weight? Somehow though I think this would be a very rare event

Better on in internet forum.

I started at 252 or so. I'm 206 today. I did this on this forum.

Abuse therapy is the best therapy.

I wonder if the trainers are obese too and if all the equipment has a thin layer of KFC grease on it.
