Euro 2012

Post by odin »

yes yes, football is a sport for fags etc etc.... I agree wholeheartedly, but a big tournament is compelling viewing, and this one is actually in danger of turning me into an armchair fan again after the shite that was the last world cup and the tactical tedium of European club football.

Anyone seen any of it? Predictions???

I thought Russia beforehand, and am largely sticking to it. Germany always good. England, Hollland and Portugal always shit.

If you absolutely can't get on board with the games, then at least share in my admiration of the Polish and Russian hooligans yesterday. Good times....

Croatia beat Ireland, so that's good, but they face Italy next, so that's bad. The Warsaw riots were good for my soul.

I haven't been able to watch any of it yet but am looking forward to catching some of the matches.

if this respectable thread degenerates into shot after shot of young women's tight, fun-filled buttocks then this forum will have truly gone to the dogs.

That was one of the more predictable results. Ireland aint what they used to be ten years ago or so. Anyway, we need more ass shots in here.

I concur with the above. Croatia were my sweepstake team, plus I like the country.

England V Italy could be the dullest match of the tournament next sunday.
