Nice book about Brain Scientist Jill Bolte Taylor's hemorrhagic stroke and her recovery. The book lends more depth to her TED talk about the same subject.
She gives some advice in the back of the book about how to deal with stroke patients.
Very cool insights about meditation, choice and brain plasticity. A light and easy read that is fun and informative.
