yup, it's completely waterproof. Had it last weekend at Great Wolf Lodge (an indoor waterpark/resort) with my daughter. Was completely submerged, beaten, tossed about on the slides. Functioned completely perfectly.
Probably could've made a fortune in commissions selling the things there. Was fun to video my daughter on the slides and send em to family.
I also convinced a group of hottie college age girls that I was an advanced tester for the iphone 5 and that it is going to be waterproof. Not sure why I would do that other than I'm an asshole.
