Docs, DICOM data

Docs,

Is there a way to get a hold of some DICOM data to finish out a software application I've developed? I'm looking for CTs or MRIs. To avoid HIPAA laws, was wondering if med schools scanned cadavers?

Ideally, it would be same "patient", same scan, but with time in between (follow up).
