This is why Hillary would have been a far better selection in 2008 and a far more effective POTUS. She wouldn't have gone in saying that she wanted to hold hands across the aisle and sing soul songs - she would have gone in knowing that the other side aimed for the knees and played for keeps. Reagan got this. Bill Clinton got this. GWB got this. Four years into his office, Obama doesn't seem to understand.
