Snow on Da Bluff.
Terrible movie, almost unwatchable, but I used to work at a small construction outfit based on Bankhead and Ashby in ATL where this piece of shit was shot...crazy ass neighborhood.
It's on NutFlix if you want to spend an hour getting dumber.
