Looks a lot like a 100+ kg judo match.
30 seconds or so of grip fighting. Uki otoshi to enter ne waza. Top being being patient to pass open and spider guards (no gi is clearly an issue for bears playing from their backs). Top side control. Top loses side control. Stand back up.
