Kind of an introduction so as not to get any of you boys thinking I'm fucking rude. IGX is a great site that I've been stalking for ages. I decided to actually register to involve myself with the unique flavour here.

33 years old: do some kettlebells (timed sets), mixed in with some yoga and a lot of internal martial arts. Tea drinker living in the land of the eagle.
