Looking forward to this. Apparently, he has a bottle of Heineken instead of a vodka martini.
Gets in good shape for someone in his 40s. I hear he does this "functional training" thing...different workouts every day....some Californian cross train shit.

Plus possable a little growth hormone, someone to make his food, someone to message him after training, maybe a good chiropractor here and there and some real good hydroponic weed through a vaporizer before bedtime.
And the $$$$$$$$$ insentive to do all the above as if there is nothing else in the World to do for 2-6 months untill filming starts.
Not knocking it at all. If I had his money and time I'd spend 1 month ramping up, 3 months like the above, 1 month of action vacationing (Hunting, Climbing, Hiking, Biking and other Young Timmah Nat Geo shit) 2 months on maintenence, 1 month of behaving badly (Amsterdamn, Thailand and the Caymen Islands, 1 month cleaning up,going vegg and doing Yoga, and 3 months again like above again.
