Lance Armstrong, cool guy

Post by seeahill »

So a friend who is going on the Everest thing trained himself into plantar fascitis. He recalled Lance Armstrong had it. So he tweets Lance. Now Lance doesn't know this guy and has no reason to know him. But he replied almost immediately and said this has been working for him.

Tell your friend to stretch his calfs 3x per day on a step. The stretch needs to be held for 3 min at a time. Intially it may seem worse but in about two weeks it will be much better. The sock helps but the stretching is the solution. Epo helps too.
Shut the fuck up and train
