UFC 153 PPV: Silva v Bonnar at 205 WTF?!
Who in the fuck thought this fight needed to happen? Bonnar has failed to evolve since the finals of the first TUF and is prone to standing flat footed and banging it out. He could end up either retarded or dead if he does that shit with Silva.
I just don't see how in the fuck the UFC thinks this is a PPV worthy match up. Fight Night maybe but PPV, no fucking way.

Ugh. Fucking horrible match making. With this kind of shit and Big Nog fighting again viewers may get to see a traumatic career ending brain injury.
Fucking UFC ain't even trying.
One of my meathead buddies was talking up Silva "stepping up" to a sub par opponent. It's fucking kayfabe. That motherfucker wouldn't be stepping up to fight a quality opponent.

Silva ought to fight Evans at 205.
That is interesting.

This is why I hate the UFC... a PPV every month is insane. There isn't enough good fights to justify that money being spent, but all the fanboys will pay for it while watching with their Tapout shirts on.
A PPV every two-three months would mean a better quality viewing, but less money. Guess what wins out for them? Mo money, shittier matches.
And Silva is a money man, he won't be on Fight Night.

I'd like to see him fight Phil Davis. As long as that dumb fucking Davis doesn't pull his "I wanna be a striker" dumbshit rather than be a fucking wrestler.

Silva's not a huge draw on his own. As weird as it is, Bonnar's got a name, and the UFC wasn't about to cancel a second event in two or three months. Especially in Brazil.
Put 'em together in Brazil and they'll draw a huge gate in Brazil and do enough PPVs here to make it worth the brain damage Bonnar's sure to take in this fight.

it's a work. bonnar's gonna sling a 'lucky' punch and lay sylvia out. joe's gonna scream his head off about how 'anything can happen' and dana injects a little drama back in the show as sylvia gets to climb back up the ranks again. zzzzz.
have you ever been as far as even considered go want to do look more like?

There will be a death in UFC soon. No doubt about that. When it happens, it may bring a whirlwind down on then they cannot handle.
It's great to be first at last
