Some things that I think might contribute: I drink a lot of coffee, and I drink dairy products with abandon.
Things like Neti Pots work well for me (I just do a saline rinse from a cup with a straw), but are temporary solutions.

Even if you hadn't volunteered this detail, it would have been my guess. The good news is that if this is your problem, it would probably be apparent within 10 days to two weeks of either cutting back or stopping.ImUndaYourBed wrote:and I drink dairy products with abandon.

If I get sick and have a runny nose or nasal drip in the back of my throat, I take Claritin D and it works like a charm. I don't take anything specifically for the problem in the thread title, though.Pinky wrote:Have you tried taking an antihistamine or a decongestant? What about AZT?

have I told you about my coworker's complaints?
I think Claritin is intended for stuffiness related to allergies, which sounds like what you have. A decongestant or Muscinex can help clear things out too.ImUndaYourBed wrote:If I get sick and have a runny nose or nasal drip in the back of my throat, I take Claritin D and it works like a charm.
